A380 by Andreas Spaeth
This was the next large-format book I created for this author, again originally published in German, his first language, and we were the first publisher to translate it and bring it to his English audience.
As this was my second time working with this author, he let me have a lot more freedom in how I could design this book. Learning from my first experiences with Andreas Spaeth, I found there were a lot of differences in style for German and English audiences. I took a few risks in the style direction we went in; in particular, the typefaces which were used.
